B Cellars Vineyards and Winery
Referred to as Wine Journeys and Culinary Adventures, B Cellars wine tastings invoke a multi-sensory experience drawing sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch into the equation. Interacting with a wine guide, guests walk the property—glass in-hand—connecting with the many facets of the operation, including a barrel tasting within the caves. For example, the Oakville Trek experience is artfully paired with “B Bites” prepared à la minute—cooked in the moment. Various other tasting options are offered, including curated private tastings conducted in specially-designed private salons in the caves and Hospitality House. An open-hearth, interactive kitchen is overseen by their Chef de Cuisine.

Eduardo Dingler is a professional sake, wine, and spirits judge both in the U.S. and Japan and a Certified Sake Professional. Dingler was introduced to the world of sake nearly a decade ago. It began as a casual curiosity that, fostered by mentors, has grown into a passion. He has led beverage programs for the Morimoto Restaurant Group, whose namesake is Iron Chef winner Masaharu Morimoto, throughout the world. A passionate Sake Ambassador, Dingler’s love for the beverage has taken him to Japan several times, where his ever-expanding curiosity led him to explore the sake breweries throughout the country.
A native of Brazil, Eugenio Jardim can trace his first memories of wine back to the leisurely Sunday brunches shared with his father, who would serve the slightly chilled Chianti “in fiasco” to offset the tropical heat.
