This two-time Beverage Media “Top Mixologists to Watch” designee shakes and stirs at Brooklyn’s classic cocktail joint the Clover Club and Manhattan’s buzzed-about The NoMad, where rare spirits reign supreme. When she’s not mixing cocktails herself, Hawkins loves to explore the incredible bar programs at her neighborhood haunts in Brooklyn and beyond.
