Lila believes that food is medicine and knowledge is power. The cultivation of consciousness of what one puts into their body is a gift that has changed her life. She has set the intention of trying to make anything that she would otherwise purchase in a package from a store, and spreads all that she knows to empower others to do the same. She combines her love of food with her creative spirit as a writer and illustrator for KQED. She also teaches DIY food workshops in the Bay Area. And as a certified yoga yeacher and coach, she believes that there is an incredible amount of that wisdom comes from listening to our bodies.

ANA has always felt a passion for cooking, in particular, by the repostería. perhaps this is due to that he grew up in a world where everything revolved around art culinario.
