The Experience
Sharpen your knives and get ready to hone your culinary skills alongside Chef Jonathon Sawyer, one of the nation’s top chefs and a James Beard Foundation Award finalist. Your afternoon apprenticeship will take place in the kitchen of The Greenhouse Tavern, Chef Sawyer’s downtown Cleveland restaurant. Get a behind-the-scenes look at the fast-paced environment of a professional kitchen while getting hands-on experience with the methods and techniques behind Chef Sawyer’s award-winning cuisine.
