Brunch It Up with Somm in the City
Sara is a trained pastry chef and private chef who will take you through the basics of brunch — from perfectly poached eggs, to preparing the perfect frittata, hash browns, and savory side dishes. Sara will even bring a sweet side to the brunch, with fresh baked pastries, chocolate croissants, stuffed breads, and so much more. The options are endless and every menu is interchangeable dependent on your kitchen, the size of the party, and palate preferences.
Sample seasonal menu options for winter include:
Savory: Goat cheese and chive frittata, sautéed spinach, and bacon benedict
Sweet: Cinnamon waffles with bacon buttercream, gingerbread buttercream or pumpkin spiced buttercream, and maple bourbon syrup
Sides: Winter fruit salad with honey and lime, and roasted sweet potatoes with balsamic glaze
