      Having honed her culinary skills in Florence, Chef Marisa Cole knows how to create innovative dishes with vibrant color and assertive flavors. She has applied her skills and five-star service at the highly regarded restaurants Boulevard and Aqua in San Francisco. Invite her into your kitchen for an in-home dining experience that takes your guests beyond the sea.   For this plated casual dinner, Marisa will pay tribute to Mediterranean and Italian cuisines, two culinary styles that have pioneered ocean-to-table cooking. Depending on seasonality, the menu might include a salad of sun-ripened vegetables tossed with fig balsamic vinaigrette and shaved ricotta salata. For an entree, the main dish could be an asparagus wrapped Petrale sole with honey tangerine beurre blanc. Chef Marisa intends to leave your guests sweetly satisfied with desserts like lavender vanilla poached pears with white chocolate and pistachio crumble served in red wine poaching liquid.


      • Classic experience includes three-course plated meal for five (5) to 20 guests
      • Premium experience includes five-course plated meal for five (5) to 20 guests
      • Includes custom shopping for farm-fresh ingredients, set up, clean up, and gratuity
      • Dietary restrictions can be accommodated; special ingredient/menu requests may incur additional charges
      • Host provides kitchen supplies, equipment, and tableware
      • Rentals and beverages not included
      • For parties of seven (7) to 10 guests one (1) server required for an additional $250 flat-fee; for parties of 11-20 guests two (2) servers required for an additional $350 flat-fee
      • Chef transportation fee may apply beyond 10 miles of San Francisco starting at $8
