Combining her Asian heritage, world travels, and classic French training, Chef Anita Lo's contemporary American cuisine has won over the culinary world. Now she will teach you a valuable skill to impress even the most discerning foodie.
Chef Lo grew up eating and appreciating dumplings and is famous for her many fillings (from a decadent foie gras soup dumpling to traditional pork and chives). Under her tutelage and watchful eye, you and up to seven of your guests will master the technique of making dumplings. She will show you how to make wrappers from scratch, mix and season the filling, and assemble them into delicious bite-size pockets. After the private class, the evening continues with a meal for eight at your home where you'll toast to your new found skills while enjoying a multi-course meal.
