Body Weight Boot Camp in Central Park
Pairing several intense interval training protocols with various upper body/lower body/core/total body exercise sequences and plyometrics, you will develop the mental fortitude to push through each training challenge while transforming your body. Push-ups, squats, planks and a plethora of creative variations and compound movement combinations of each will make up the training program.
