Dennis will travel to your apartment or apartment gym, where you will start with an in-depth evaluation of your fitness, nutrition and lifestyle background. The initial assessment will then be followed by a physical assessment, where your abilities and limitations will be tested, such as range of motion when performing different movements. Along with the physical analysis, you will experience what a well-rounded training session would look like for your fitness level and abilities.
You will leave with a clear picture of your current health and fitness status, as well as tips on what you can do to improve and put it into practice daily. By knowing where you are in terms of your health and fitness, and having all the right tools, you will be able to achieve your desired results whether that is weight loss or weight gain, injury prevention, body building, or just feeling good in your body daily.
