This two-hour unique experience takes you away from the ordinary, allowing you time to refresh amongst the redwoods with movement, meditation, community and stillness. You will hike, practice an invigorating asana flow, and complete our hike from there interspersed with guided meditation and breath work. Andrea will offer a themed practice suitable for all levels that will leave you feeling both challenged and relaxed. The natural surroundings will provide the sensory backdrop for a memorable practice.
Note: please bring your own yoga mat and water, and a bag/mat holder that you can carry for the duration of the hike. Comfortable walking shoes/hiking shoes are recommended, as is dressing in layers.

- Wear good walking or hiking shoes

- Will be scheduled on a mutually agreeable date and time, based on luminary’s availability
- This experience is non-refundable after scheduling is complete
- Participants should not have any medical conditions that prevent them from safely hiking for approximately one hour total and performing one hour of yoga outdoors
