Peter Tay, a black belt in both Japanese & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will teach you how to use your body to defend, recover, retaliate and escape from any attacker regardless of strength or size. Peter shares his unique perspective from years of training with masters of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and full contact grappling. After your training session with Peter, you will be amazed at what your body is able to do once the muscle memory has been properly educated. His ability to convert technique knowledge into a language your body can understand will shock you. He removes your fear of learning self defense by taking the time to demonstrate and explain the choreography of the movements. With each session, you will be able to perform techniques with relative ease and complete amazement of your newfound skill.
