Boxing Lessons with a Certified Trainer at a Boxing Gym
Trishala will take you through an in-depth session on proper form and technique while throwing and catching punches along with some strength and conditioning drills to finish an hour-long workout.
Trishala teaches boxing classes and has a lot of experience working with beginners. She is sure to have you sweating and feeling great after the workout and totally in love with a new form of physical activity. Boxing is a great way to work on cardiovascular endurance in comparison to long runs on a treadmill which can often be boring and less motivating. You get to learn a cool new sport, burn calories and punch your frustrations out. Now, what more do you need?
- One hour long beginner boxing lesson to show form and technique
- Guests are asked to come in workout gear and be in good physical health
- Boxing gloves are provided at the gym but guests are welcome to bring their own
- Boxing hand wraps and gloves are available for purchase at the location, if needed
