Burn and Brunch — Workout and Picnic at Delores Park with Top SF Trainer
While enjoying the scenic views of palm trees and sun, Jess will show you how you can maximize body movements to achieve an efficient workout. With her coaching cues to push you to work hard and a great playlist to brighten the mood, you'll feel energized and refreshed while burning over 600 calories.
Afterwards, the party continues with a picnic including cheese and charcuterie, light brunch bites, and a variety of juices. Here you'll have the opportunity to network with Jess and ask any health and fitness related questions you may have.

- Bring a mat, small tower and a bottle of water
- Music will be provided

- A workout that consists entirely of body weight exercises followed by brunch with Jess that includes light brunch bites and juices
