It's Not You, It's Brie author and cheesemaking teacher Kirstin Jackson will teach you how to make rich ricotta that will put grocery store versions to shame, fluffy queso fresco, and fromage blanc, old-school style. After a quick lesson of cheesemaking science you'll learn how to make your own cheese, and seasonal ways to serve them with fresh herbs and flowers. At the end of class you'll sample your creations with beverages and take home any extra. Beverages will be included.
