Step inside Naked Kitchen, a can't-miss purple Victorian house in the Mission, and take a seat in the art-covered dining room. Sip on wine as local makers share insight on their blends — and the various pairings you should expect throughout the evening.
Watch as the parade of modern American plates begins. Expect a menu focused on a bounty of local produce. Depending on the season, the farm-fresh ingredients could include crisp apples and tart cranberries to beanstalk-worthy Brussels sprouts and bright orange pumpkins — from Chef Nayfeld's nearby Glen Ellen garden. Listen as the Bay Area native explains all the different elements of each dish from the honey sourced from his farm’s onsite hives to the ducks raised on the ranch.
