12 Sessions for Your Personal Fitness Dream Goal

Whether you're 18 or 80 years old, helping you reach a level of performance that you think is impossible or out of reach is Andrew Duffy's forte - and he will show you what your real potential is in twelve training sessions in a month. While you likely won't accomplish the goal in a month, you will learn the foundations of how to get there, you'll discuss a realistic and tangible plan, and accomplish more than you thought possible.
