In late 2014, photographer Vincent Laforet was commissioned to shoot New York City at night from 7,500 feet above the ground. His photos went viral, garnering more than 40 million views in the first month of publishing. The project was expanded around the world and in 2015, he released a book of his journeys and photographs titled AIR.
Now, Vincent is offering IfOnly members a one-on-one mentorship. In this experience, you and a guest will join Vincent on a private open-door helicopter ride for a one-of-a-kind photography lesson. Learn to frame and achieve the perfect picture and master your gear as you soar above either New York or Los Angeles. Whether you’re a newcomer or an experienced lensman, Vincent’s instruction proves game-changing, enabling you to capture the city in an entirely unique way.

Photographic flights are available in Los Angeles and New York City
Must be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon date, based on Vincent’s schedule, between 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday and two weekends a month
- Guests will need to arrive at the heliport one hour prior to the flight for a detailed safety lecutre and discussion on how to handle the gear
